Jimmy Buffett's 1978 "Cheesburger In Paradise" US Tour consisted of a 43 cities and this was stop 37, stop 36 was in Miami the previous day at the Miami Baseball Stadium with the same lineup. Both were Sold Out Parrot Head shows. The Steve Miller Band came on stage and opened with "Fly Like An Eagle" and the DECIBELS blew you right out of your seat !!!! The Little River Band were their casual selves with no extravagant stage antics just pure Australian Classic Rock. Randy Meisner is one of the founding members of the bands POCO & THE EAGLES. In 1977 with lots of turmoil within The Eagles band he was eventually replaced by Bass player Timothy B. Schmidt. Randy was with The Eagles up to the HOTEL CALIFORNIA tour and still has rights to some of the THE EAGLES songs as he wrote and sings "Take It To The Limit". Southpaw is a Southern Rock Band from Central Florida fronted by Lead Vocals & Guitarist Tim Nielsen. |
